“THUNDER” was selected to be used in our program because of his massive body width and body depth, his calving-ease, carcass strength and eye-catching phenotype.
“THUNDER” was the $160,000 top-selling bull of the 2005 Connealy sale in Nebraska.
His dam records a 109 weaning ration on 4 head and a 110 yearling ratio on 3 head.
“THUNDER” ranks in the 2% of the breed for ribeye, the top 5% for $B, the top 10% for $F and a 6 star bull for tenderness. He is one of the most impressive bulls in terms of his body type and disposition at the Genex Bull Stud in Billings.
“THUNDER” recorded a 79 lbs birth weight, A 817 lb. 205-day weight ratio 111, a 1,481 lb. Yearling weight, ratio 118. An 118 ultrasound ribeye ratio and recorded 80 lb average birth weight for us in 2008.
